What We Do
Corporate voiceover sits across every format where a professional voice adds credibility and clarity. The narrator in an internal staff video explaining process changes, the voice guiding shareholders through quarterly results, the calm explanation in a product demo. The tone shifts with the brief, sometimes authoritative, sometimes conversational, sometimes warm.
What matters is matching the voice to the message and audience. We listen to your script, understand the context, and propose narrators who fit both the brief and the brand tone you are building. Our roster includes British narrators across gender and age, plus native talent across Europe and North America. Most scripts turn around within five working days from narrator approval.
Corporate Formats
Corporate voiceover covers far more than the boardroom video. Six formats we work on most.
01
Staff briefings, process change announcements, onboarding modules, safety and compliance content. Warm and clear without being patronising.
02
Annual report narration, quarterly earnings videos, investor presentations, ESG and sustainability updates. Authoritative, measured, broadcast-ready.
03
Software demos, feature walkthroughs, service explainer videos and customer education. Expertise without jargon, accessible without being thin.
04
Compliance, onboarding, product training and LMS-hosted modules. Native narrators who keep learners engaged for the full chapter.
05
Recruitment films, mission and values videos, anniversary and milestone content. Distinctive voices that match how your brand actually sounds.
06
Pre-recorded opening narration, sizzle reels, awards announcements and stage VTs. Tone matched to room size and audience.
Process
You share the script, context and intended audience. We ask the questions that matter for casting. Is this formal or approachable? Fast-paced or measured? Are there technical terms that need careful diction? Do you have a reference clip of narration style that worked before?
Based on that conversation, we propose two or three narrators matched to the brief. You hear samples, usually 30 to 60 seconds, recorded against your script or close to it. Once you choose, we book the session, handle the recording and deliver a mix-ready file within your timeline.
If a take feels close but needs tweaks (a line paced differently, a word emphasised), we flag it during the session. Small revisions are included. We do not charge per retake. Pricing is per finished minute with a realistic brief-to-delivery timeline upfront.
International
If your audience spans markets, we cast native-speaking narrators who understand the professional tone your industry demands. A German narrator for your Frankfurt office is not the same as a non-native speaker working from translation. Context, idiom and delivery cadence all shift with language and culture.
We work with narrators across major European languages including German, French, Dutch and Spanish, plus 40+ other markets. Where translation is needed, we connect you with translators who understand corporate tone and technical accuracy. The narrator records in their language and the final audio sounds native, not dubbed.
Multilingual projects cost more and take longer, but international staff hear their communication in their own language, delivered by a voice that sounds professional in that market.
FAQ
We charge per finished minute. A typical two-minute internal video narrated by an experienced UK voice costs between £300 and £600 depending on narrator level. That includes casting, one session, revisions and a mix-ready file. Longer scripts, international talent or multiple languages affect cost. We quote each brief individually with no hidden fees.
Yes. Once you brief us and we propose narrators, we record a sample section of your script with each candidate, usually 30 to 60 seconds. You listen and choose. You only pay the full rate once you approve your narrator choice and we book the session.
Small revisions (a line re-delivered, a word emphasised differently, a pause adjusted) are included in the session. If you want to re-record large sections or change direction significantly, we quote a revision fee. The intent is to get it right the first time.
Script to finished audio is usually five working days. Faster turnaround is available for urgent briefs, typically two to three days for an expedite fee. Longer timelines often mean access to our most experienced narrators.
Yes. All our narrators are contracted so their voice can be used in your video, internal or external. We handle union compliance and rights. If your corporate video will run internationally or across multiple channels, we factor that into licensing. Tell us how and where the video will be used and we clear it appropriately.
Stereo WAV at 48kHz, 16-bit, the standard for video. Different formats or separate track stems available on request. The file is mix-ready and drops straight into your video timeline.
