IVR & PHONE SYSTEM VOICE RECORDING
Auto attendant menus, queue messages, on-hold, voicemail and out-of-hours greetings, recorded by professional British and international voices and delivered in the exact file your phone system needs. 3CX, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, 8×8, Gamma Horizon, Mitel, Avaya, Cisco: send us the script, we send back files you upload straight in.
Our roster
Not every voice survives 8 kHz. These artists stay clear and warm once the phone system has compressed them: calm, unhurried, easy to follow on a handset. Pick one below, or send us the script and we will send a shortlist reading your own greeting.

Every call your business takes starts with a recording. If that recording was made by someone in the office on a mobile, callers hear it, and they judge the company on it before a human picks up. A professional main greeting, menu, queue message and voicemail is a small job that changes the first impression of every call.
We record it, edit it, and deliver each prompt as a separate, named file in the format your system expects. 3CX wants WAV, mono, 8 kHz, 16-bit. Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, 8×8, Gamma Horizon, Mitel, Avaya and Cisco each have their own requirements. Tell us the system and the files go straight in, no converting, no resampling, no “why does it sound underwater”. We also master for the phone line itself, so the voice stays clear once the codec has squeezed it.
At a glance
3CX – WAV, mono, 8 kHz, 16-bit PCM, the format 3CX requires for digital receptionist, queue and custom prompts. We name the files to your prompt-set convention so they import cleanly.
Microsoft Teams Phone, RingCentral, 8×8, Gamma Horizon, Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk and FreePBX – send us the make and model, or the spec from your admin guide, and we deliver to it first time.
Legacy PBX – G.711 mu-law or A-law at 8 kHz, plus G.722 for HD handsets.
Phone audio is constrained by the codec, not the studio. We master to the worst-case codec on your deployment and ship a full-quality master alongside. The four formats we work to most:
The workhorse codec of legacy PSTN and a lot of contact-centre infrastructure. Sampled at 8 kHz with 8-bit logarithmic compression – roughly the bandwidth of a 1970s payphone. Mu-law in the US, A-law in Europe.
Use: default for traditional IVR, legacy PBX, gateway-mixed estates.
Doubles G.711 bandwidth to 16 kHz – why modern VoIP between matched endpoints sounds dramatically better. Common on enterprise IP handsets and softphones.
Use: internal HD voice, modern softphone deployments, IP-only estates.
Variable bandwidth, used by WebRTC and many cloud phone systems. Can match broadcast quality between matched endpoints but degrades when calls route through gateways.
Use: WebRTC, cloud-native contact centres, browser-based calling.
We keep a 48 kHz / 24-bit master of every IVR recording so the same content can be reused on web, app, video and smart speaker without re-booking.
Use: cross-channel reuse, web product audio, app onboarding, mobile UI.
Send the prompt list, your target phone system and required file format. We will return a shortlist, named files in the format your admin tool needs and full-quality masters for reuse elsewhere.

It depends on the system. 3CX requires WAV, mono, 8 kHz, 16-bit. Most hosted PBXs want 8 kHz mono WAV. Others take MP3. Tell us the system and we deliver the right file first time, with a 48 kHz master for your website or app. We can also supply 8 kHz mu-law and A-law, G.722, 16 kHz WAV and MP3 on request.
Yes. We deliver 3CX prompts in the required WAV, mono, 8 kHz, 16-bit format, one file per prompt, named to your convention, so they upload directly to the digital receptionist, call queue or custom prompt set without conversion.
A standard greeting and menu set is usually delivered the same or next working day. Larger libraries and multilingual sets are scheduled and quoted up front.
Yes. Send the script and we will get a short sample line from two or three shortlisted voices.
No. Each artist keeps their IVR set on retainer so a single new prompt matches the original tone, mic and processing. You pay for the new line, not the whole set.
Yes. Voice plus licensed music, mixed and delivered as a loop or as separate segments to your system’s spec.
Yes. We coordinate matched-tone multilingual prompt sets across European, North American and major Asian languages from one brief.
Yes. Unbranded delivery, direct to you or to your client, with the file naming and structure your deployment needs.
Yes. Menu scripts that read fine on paper often run too long on a phone. We will trim, reorder and flag anything that will confuse callers.
