NATIVE NORWEGIAN VOICE TALENT
Easy Tiger Voices represents native Norwegian voice artists for advertising, e-learning, tech and broadcast. Based in London, we cast Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim-based talent for clients across the UK, the Nordics and globally. Bokmal for national broadcast, regional accents on request.
Every voice on our Norwegian roster is a native first-language speaker with professional voiceover experience and a broadcast-quality home studio. Male and female artists across broadcast, corporate, tech and e-learning, ages 20s to 60s, with credits in Oslo national advertising and pan-Nordic brand campaigns.

Norwegian is a small-population language with a remarkably active broadcast sector. NRK and TV 2 produce premium factual and drama, Oslo advertising agencies punch well above their weight, and Norwegian-language dubbing handles most family television. That has built a deep bench of broadcast-trained Norwegian voice talent who handle commercial, corporate, tech and long-form factual with equal comfort.
Easy Tiger Voices represents a curated shortlist of native Norwegian artists, mostly Bokmal-standard with selected regional speakers on the bench. As a London-based agency we run the production end-to-end – casting, direction, edit, delivery – in English, with native Norwegian quality control on every session.
At a glance
Norwegian is genuinely unusual. It has two official written standards – Bokmal and Nynorsk – and dozens of regional spoken dialects that Norwegians switch between with little embarrassment. For voiceover, the rule of thumb is simple: national broadcast, advertising and corporate work overwhelmingly uses Bokmal as the written script and an East-Norwegian, Oslo-area-based spoken standard. That is what NRK national news, premium commercials and corporate explainer use.
The East-Norwegian broadcast standard, used by NRK, national advertising and most corporate. Neutral, clear and what we recommend for almost all international briefs.
Works for: national advertising, broadcast, corporate, e-learning, factual narration.
The secondary written standard, more common in the west of the country and in regional broadcast. Cast with native Nynorsk speakers rather than Oslo crossovers.
Works for: western Norway, public-sector, regional broadcast, brand-specific Nynorsk identity.
Bergen’s distinctive uvular R and Trondheim’s sing-song lilt. Cast deliberately for regional retail, tourism, food and character work where local identity matters.
Works for: regional retail, tourism, food, drama, character work.
The slower, distinctive cadence of Tromso and Bodo. Cast for far-north tourism, hospitality, factual content and character roles.
Works for: far-north tourism, hospitality, factual, regional drama.

Dubbing & ADR
We cast and record Norwegian dubbing across the sync levels a project needs, from rough-sync and time-sync through to full lip-sync, plus ADR and voice replacement, for film, TV, streaming, games and corporate content.
Casting matters as much in a dub as in an original read. An audience hears a mismatched voice immediately, so we match native Norwegian voices to the on-screen performance, not just the script.
See the full service on our dubbing and ADR page, or read our guide to the difference between dubbing and voice over.

No. The three Scandinavian languages are mutually intelligible to native speakers but feel distinctly foreign to each other in broadcast. We cast each market separately.
Yes. We have Bergen, Trondheim, Northern Norwegian and other regional speakers on the bench for tourism, food, regional retail and character briefs. For mainstream broadcast and corporate we recommend Oslo-standard Bokmal.
